On this retreat we flow with effortless ease and embrace the rhythm of nature as it presents itself to us every day

 

Therefore, the schedule presented is a sample

 

Each morning as we see what wondrous surprises the dawn brings, we determine the day's full schedule, always allowing space for change and new ideas to manifest.

 

Sample itinerary for 5 days: (all activities optional )

 

First day / Arrival: (Check-in after 3:00 pm)

 

Answering the Call...

  • E Komo Mai - Pick-up at the airport in Kona,

  • Getting Welcomed - Transportation to the accommodation - Approximately a 60-minute car drive.

  • Getting Comfortable - Settle into the room and unwind

  • Getting Acquainted - Nourishing dinner

  • Getting Offline - Disconnect from devices, connect with here and now

 

Second day

 

Starting the Journey...

Morning

  • Awakening to a fantabulous day embracing the fresh rays of the morning sun 

  • Getting Cleansed - Nature walk along the beautiful coastline bluffs, energized by the ocean mist from the crashing waves and the forest bath from the jungle

  • Getting Planted! Cooking for the love of it - culinary demo to prepare our main plant based meal

  • Getting Re-fueled -  Yum Yum plant based meal

  • After the meal, experience the IMRS 2000 PEMF grounding mat which aids digestion and absorption of nutrients and recharges the body batteries

 

Afternoon

  • Restful solo time to digest and absorb the nourishment of the morning

  • Getting Still - Guided Meditation

  • Just Relaxing - The sound of nature experience contemplating the magnificent setting of the Sun on the ocean's horizon

  • Getting Fine-tuned - Sound journey - going still to quiet the mind

  • Solo Zen - Alone time for unwinding from the magical day

 

Third day

 

Undoing...

Morning

  • Getting Grounded: - barefoot hike for deep connection with the earth, and a detox from the electronic EMF's we get bombarded with on a daily basis

  • Getting Spiced! Cooking for the love of it - culinary demo to prepare our main meal or rest free time

Afternoon

  • Getting Wrapped -  Deep Cleansing with sand and water 

  • Getting Sustained! Cooking for the love of it - culinary demo to prepare our main meal

Afternoon

  • Getting Limber - Yoga or harmonizing Qi Gong style movement by the ocean 

  • Just Relaxing - The beauty of nature experience contemplating the magnificent setting of the Sun on the ocean's horizon

  • Getting Resonant - Sound journey

  • Solo Zen - Alone time for unwinding from the magical day
